Ayurvedic Nirvana - Approx. 110 minutes ($205)
Two hours of pure heaven! To induce a deep state of calm

Soak in our hydrotherapy tub and enjoy Ayurvedic essential oils blended specifically for your dosha or constitution. Next ancient Indian herbs and a warm Ayurvedic blend, specific to your dosha, are gently massaged over your body to revitalize and increase circulation. A brisk oil massage, with Ayurvedic aromatic blend specific to your dosha, further restores balance and increases the flow of “prana”. Next we embalm your body with purifying powders of rose and sandalwood to absorb and remove toxins from your skin. Your experience concludes with a cocoon of warm blankets. You'll find yourself drifting into a deep state of calm as we massage the marma points of your face and scalp. We end this deeply meditative treatment with a warm stream of sesame oil over your third eye, for a deeper sense of calm.

This rhythmical and deeply relaxing warm sesame oil rejuvenation treatment helps remove stagnant energy and move the "Prana" or life force to stimulate your body’s vital energy. Your nerves are soothed as you drift into a deep state of bliss and joy!

A stream of warmed sesame oil on your forehead releases blockages and calms the psyche. This is a traditional Ayurvedic treatment that will leave you balanced and with a new vision of the world.

 

Indian Head Massage- Approx. 45 minutes ($95)
You will feel calmed, comforted and relaxed after experiencing Shirobhyanga Scalp Therapy, an ancient treatment, based on a 5,000 year old tradition. This Ayurvedic method of head massage concentrates on the marma—or energy points—of the scalp, where a range of different massage pressures and rhythms are used to stimulate the senses, increase blood circulation, encourage healing, and leave the body and mind completely rejuvenated.

The massage tones and relaxes the muscles in the scalp, helping to prevent headaches and eyestrain, as well. While relieving stress and tension, the treatment stimulates and nourishes the hair follicles. Warmed herbal coconut oil, infused with, brahmi and amla, cedarwood and jatamansi and is applied to the scalp to promote hair growth, and give hair a lustrous shine.

A Javanese ritual to cleanse and indulge

For centuries, Javanese princesses soaked in milk as an elixir of eternal youth. We bring you this ancient ritual and indulge you as you soak in our hydrobath, with whey and milk powder known for skin softening properties. Seventy seven jets massage and soothe as you as you close your eyes and transport yourself to another world. A luxurious massage with a milk and honey lotion will make you feel like royalty. We follow this with a coconut infused sheet wrap and a gentle face massage with jasmine oils to complete your journey.

 

Indonesian Princess Bridal Splendor - Approx. 110 minutes ($220)
The “Queen of treatments”

Inspired by ancient Javanese rituals, this treatment was handed down through generations in the pursuit of beauty and was given to the bride-to be before her wedding day. As your feet soak in lemongrass scented warm water, you enjoy ginger tea and begin your total relaxation A “lulur” body scrub with finely ground Javanese spices and roots of turmeric, fenugreek and rice powder and jasmine, will smooth, soften and rejuvenate your skin. After a massage with a skin softening elixir of natural yoghurt to moisturize, a tropical shower will rinse and relax your body. A full body massage with exotic lotions of champaka and jasmine will indulge your body and mind. You end this exotic experience with a flower scented bath.

Relax, empty your mind and soothe your soul in an atmosphere of peace

Boreh is a Balinese spice body mask that has traditionally been used by Balinese villagers for many generations to warm the body, improve blood circulation and relieve muscular aches and pains, chills and headaches. We begin your ritual with a massage with a jasmine coconut lotion to nourish and soothe the skin and eliminate tensions from your muscles.
We follow this with a paste of Javanese indigenous herbs and spices, including nutmeg, pepper, cloves, ginger and rice powder. As you are gently cacooned, experience the sensation of deep heat as your therapist massages your head and neck. A tropical rain rinses your body and we gently apply a cucumber aloe vera gel to cool, moisturize and soothe.

After a gentle steam in our eucalyptus room, a body scrub with crushed grapeseeds, anti-oxidants and organic minerals exfoliates and leaves your skin velvety smooth. As your relaxation deepens, you will then be encased with a warmed green tea, ginger and aloe sea enzyme mask, which will nourish your skin with rich minerals, vitamins and enzymes from the ocean. Extract of ginger root is known to balance the body’s “Yin and Yang”, as well as to relieve arthritus and muscle aches.
