Chiropractic is gentle seated, supine and prone Adjustments for treatment and/or Prevention of joint and muscle pain. The spine is our Foundation and Chiropractic treatment can help maintain a neutral position to our body’s joints.

Physiotherapy is utilized in treatment to muscles, for Function and Motion of joints by manually changing the muscle tension and length to allow the adjustments help keep all joints of the body in the neutral positions.

Those who are in pain, and want to heal properly. Those who have recurrent symptoms and wish to stop them. Athletes and amataures that wish to improve tactical skills and recovery time. Those who wish to increase strength as well as increase flexibility. For wellness and prevention. Those with scoliosis. Those who care about how their body looks and clothes fit them. Greg grew up in UC, San Diego where he got his first job at 16 and first experienced back pain. During college he visited a chiropractor, he noticed it alleviated restlessness during long study hours but also increased strength and balance during surfing. His chiropractor showed Greg some basics of the profession and soon knew his calling. After completing Los Angeles Chiropractic, he found himself in a similar position of his mentor but also, volunteering treatment for students and performing Adjustments/Physiotherapy at professional surfing and sporting venues. With over 10 years of practice in Newport Beach CA, Greg layers different original Chiropractic techniques (Diversified) like: Gonstead, Thompson, Flexion distraction, SOT and Activator. Physiotherapy techniques like: NMT, Nimmo, PIR, Functional Proprioceptive Balancing through Taping and Deep Intrinsic and Core manual muscle mobilization. “A custom approach is important, everyone is different in presentation and responds differently to each modality.
